EasyVista Acquires Konverso in Strategic Move to Strengthen Its Artificial Intelligence Roadmap and Enhance the Capabilities of Its Integrated IT Platform This acquisition reinforces EasyVista’s leadership in the European IT solutions market and provides its worldwide customer base with advanced no-code AI agent technology.
The announcement of the EasyVista acquires Konverso deal demonstrates a commitment to accelerating the use of AI in enterprise IT operations. With organizations seeking practical AI solutions, EasyVista will embed Konverso’s AI agent system into its existing platform. Customers can leverage AI agents that easily integrate into their IT environments without requiring coding skills.
The integration also allows organizations to create, deploy and manage AI agents using a single platform. This boosts operational efficiency, increases employee productivity and improves user experiences for many business functions.
Konverso has established itself as a recognized name in the AI automation market. The company is based entirely in Europe and is SOC 2 Type II certified. In addition, AI Builders Research named Konverso a “Best in Class” no-code generative AI platform in 2026. The company said it saw 60% Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth between 2024 and 2025. It also earns almost one-third of its annual revenue from international markets.
Its customer portfolio includes leading public sector organizations in France and global players such as Veolia and Colas. This acquisition brings proven enterprise AI expertise into the EasyVista ecosystem.
EasyVista Broadens AI-Driven IT Automation Strategy
The new technology will be rolled out to EasyVista’s global customer base of some 3,000 customers. Over 55% of these customers are based outside France. Nearly one third of these foreign customers are in the United States. As a result, the acquisition greatly expands the global reach of Konverso’s AI technology.
For the past four years, EasyVista has been experiencing rapid business growth. The company has tripled its Annual Recurring Revenue with a constant double digit organic growth and carefully selected acquisitions in France, Germany and the United States. EasyVista had earlier broadened its IT service management and cybersecurity portfolio through the acquisition of OTRS Group. With the addition of Konverso, its artificial intelligence capabilities are now further enhanced.
In addition, the acquisition directly addresses the growing demand from Chief Information Officers for industry-specific AI solutions that deliver tangible business benefits from day one of deployment. Organizations are looking for AI platforms that make it easier to implement while keeping security, scalability and operational control intact.
EasyVista has been investing in AI innovation since 2019. Since 2024, the company has been introducing advanced automation capabilities powered by generative AI to help customers boost productivity and optimize IT operations. Thus, the platform allows organizations to build resilient infrastructure to support large-scale deployment of AI agents in enterprise environments.
Patrice Barbedette, CEO of EasyVista, said: “This transaction marks another important milestone in EasyVista’s growth as organizations around the world accelerate the adoption of AI agents. The challenge is no longer experimenting with AI but integrating it sustainably into business operations. By bringing Konverso’s agent system into EasyVista, we are giving customers a practical solution to this challenge: AI agents that are fully integrated into their IT environment, deployable without coding, and manageable from a unified platform.”
Bertrand Lafforgue, Co-founder and CEO of Konverso, said: “The integration of Konverso into EasyVista represents a shared ambition: harnessing the power of agentic technology to drive business growth. It also reinforces our belief that Europe has everything it needs to build globally recognized technology leaders.”
