Palantir and NVIDIA Team to Deliver Sovereign AI Operating System

Palantir’s NVIDIA sovereign AI operating system is an initiative to help governments deploy artificial intelligence systems. Palantir and NVIDIA have partnered to deliver a sovereign AI operating system reference architecture. This allows organizations to deploy secure artificial intelligence systems.   • NVIDIA AI Infrastructure: It is based on the NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra system, which consists of eight NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs. Additionally, it utilizes the NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet networking solution to facilitate AI training and inference computing tasks.
  • Palantir Compute Infrastructure: The Palantir Compute Infrastructure is based on a hardened Kubernetes substrate to run Foundry services like Catalog, Build, and Multipass.
  • Unified Management Plane: The Unified Management Plane is based on the integration of the Rubix zero-trust environment for Kubernetes with Apollo for autonomous deployment.
  • AIP Platform: The AIP Platform acts as an enterprise-level platform to enable the connection of large language models (LLMs) with data and business systems to deploy practical applications.
  • Full-Stack NVIDIA Software Acceleration: The Full-Stack NVIDIA Software Acceleration consists of NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA CUDA-X Libraries, NVIDIA Nemotron open models, and NVIDIA Magnum IO.

The collaboration helps sovereign nations control their own AI capabilities.
