Harmonic Launches Aristotle, the First Hallucination-Free AI Built on Mathematical Superintelligence
Harmonic, the AI lab that introduced the concept of Mathematical Superintelligence (MSI), has officially launched Aristotle MSI AI App built entirely to be hallucination-free. During a livestream on X, Harmonic opened the beta waitlist for the Aristotle iOS app at aristotle.harmonic.fun, with the rollout beginning today.
In a major achievement, Harmonic also revealed that Aristotle reached gold medal-level performance at the 2025 International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO). Widely known as the world’s most prestigious math competition, the IMO result places Aristotle among the most advanced AI models in mathematical problem-solving.
Unlike language-based AI systems that hallucinate, Aristotle relies on a logic-first MSI framework. This ensures verified, provable accuracy with real-time logical solutions. Instead of making probabilistic guesses, Aristotle calculates results, flags errors, and delivers full transparency making it suitable for high-stakes, real-world applications.
“The algorithmic innovations that led to gold medal-level performance and verified solutions show our technical leadership in AI,” said Tudor Achim, CEO and Co-Founder of Harmonic. “We are now even more excited to make this technology accessible to users worldwide.”
Designed to surpass human performance in mathematics, Aristotle’s MSI model opens the door to breakthroughs in science and engineering. Its precision makes it ideal for theoretical physics, computational research, and other data-intensive disciplines.
“We can’t wait for users to experience Aristotle firsthand,” said Vlad Tenev, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Harmonic. “We believe Mathematical Superintelligence could be one of humanity’s greatest inventions. We hope Aristotle helps drive many important innovations in the future.”
Backed by Major Investors and Rapid Growth
The Aristotle model will soon be available across platforms, including iOS, Android, web, and API for developers.
This milestone follows Harmonic’s $100 million Series B funding round in July 2025. That round brought the company’s post-money valuation to nearly $900 million. Kleiner Perkins led the round, with significant participation from Paradigm. Other investors included Ribbit Capital, Sequoia Capital, Index Ventures, and Charlie Cheever.
In September 2024, Harmonic raised $75 million in Series A funding. That round was led by Sequoia Capital, with additional backing from Index Ventures, DST Global Partners, and Nikesh Arora.
