Microsoft and its ecosystem of service providers are accelerating digital transformation in Mexico, with enterprises rapidly embracing cloud and AI technologies, according to the newly released 2025 ISG Provider Lens™ Microsoft AI and Cloud Ecosystem report. Published by global tech advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG), the study highlights a consistent 25% annual growth in cloud adoption across Mexican businesses—momentum expected to continue through 2026.

Cloud computing is now integral to functions like HR and administration, pushing widespread digitalization. ISG Partner Bill Huber emphasized that Microsoft Azure and its partners are not only helping optimize operations but also driving innovation.

The report notes that nearly half of Mexican enterprises now rely heavily on cloud infrastructure. Even traditional sectors like finance, healthcare, and manufacturing are gaining confidence in cloud migration, supported by local data centers that ensure improved security and latency.

Beyond infrastructure, businesses are also adopting AI-powered cloud tools—such as ChatGPT—to enhance productivity and customer experience. Microsoft’s strategic focus on AI, including tools like Copilot, has strengthened its position in the Mexican market. The company’s ongoing investments in infrastructure and SME-focused AI initiatives are further boosting adoption.

Microsoft 365 is also seeing increased uptake, especially among small and mid-sized firms. Education, finance, and manufacturing sectors are using the suite to support hybrid and remote collaboration post-pandemic. Similarly, Microsoft’s Power Platform is gaining traction for enabling low-code/no-code automation.

The ISG report evaluates 33 providers across four categories: Managed Services for Azure, Microsoft 365 Services, Power Platform Services, and AI Services for Microsoft Clouds.

Key performers named as Leaders across all quadrants include Accenture and DXC Technology. Capgemini, Kyndryl, and SoftwareOne lead in three categories, while IBM, Logicalis, Softtek, and TCS perform strongly in two. AlfaPeople, bSide, Infosys, and Unisys earn recognition in one quadrant.

NTT DATA is noted as a Rising Star in two segments, reflecting strong future potential. KIO, Migesa, Nubiral, and Softtek also appear as Rising Stars in one quadrant each.

The ISG Provider Lens™ series stands out as a data-driven evaluation tool for enterprises seeking reliable sourcing partners, offering deep insights backed by ISG’s expert analysis.
