Hitachi, Ltd. announced a major expansion of its HMAX portfolio. This next-gen suite adds physical AI capabilities to social infrastructure. Hitachi is therefore looking to expand the power of intelligent digital infrastructure globally.
The HMAX portfolio blends foundry solutions across domains with Domain Specific Solutions. Therefore, industries receive customized tools and extended operational support. Hitachi has now introduced HMAX Data Center as a new Domain-Specific Solution. This improvement is aimed at data center operators with increasing operational needs.
Hitachi also announced three new foundry solutions. These include HMAX Cyber, HMAX Data Fabric and HMAX AI Operations.” Collectively, these tools help support Physical AI programs in a variety of settings. They can also easily integrate with the existing systems of enterprises.

Hitachi brings together state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and decades of experience in cyber defense.
HMAX Data Fabric also organizes field data and expert knowledge by means of ontologies. This data becomes knowledge graphs that artificial intelligence can utilize. This information is then used by Hitachi’s Forward Deployed Engineer teams for HMAX AI Operations. This end-to-end approach accelerates the deployment of Physical AI in the real-world environments.
