FPT, Nuummite, and e-CENS Strengthen Strategic Technology Collaboration Across MEA

FPT Partners with Nuummite and e-CENS to Explore Strategic Technology Collaboration

FPT, Nuummite and e-CENS have signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement to drive new possibilities for enterprise transformation in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The strategic technology collaboration aims to accelerate digital adoption through customer experience, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies and data-driven solutions. The partnership also aims to create a stronger framework for organizations seeking digital transformation initiatives in key industries.

Under the agreement, FPT will work closely with Nuummite and e-CENS to identify growth opportunities in several strategic technology areas. The first point of focus will be on Salesforce-led customer transformation programmes and agentic AI solutions. Among those initiatives are Agentforce, Data Cloud and cross-cloud services for sales, service, marketing, commerce and analytics functions.

Also, the collaboration is not restricted to the technologies of Salesforce. The partners will also look for opportunities around Adobe and Sitecore experience platforms, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, cloud services and enterprise AI solutions. This will give businesses across the region access to a larger technology ecosystem designed to support long-term digital transformation goals.

The agreement brings together FPT’s global technology expertise and delivery capabilities with Nuummite’s strengths in intelligent automation and knowledge of regional markets. At the same time, e-CENS will contribute specialized data and analytics expertise. Thus, the three organizations plan to create a structured model for joint business development and enterprise modernization.

The two companies are working together to speed-up digital transformation projects and drive stronger commercial growth across priority sectors. These industries are retail, real estate, insurance, aviation, media and entertainment. Additionally, the partnership is anticipated to assist organizations in enhancing operational efficiency and elevating customer engagement through cutting-edge digital technologies.

Goals of Strategic Technology Collaboration MEA Business Development

The new agreement is based on the existing relationship between FPT and Nuummite that started in 2024. But the latest partnership has turned that relationship into a wider strategic alliance. It also provides a more transparent framework for joint market activation, coordinated expansion efforts and long-term business development.

“Customer experience, AI, and data are becoming central to a more mature, outcome-driven model of enterprise transformation across the region. Leveraging our AI maturity framework, CASAN, along with the FleziPT platform and an AI-augmented workforce, we are well positioned to work with Nuummite in helping organizations to accelerate execution, turning digital priorities into measurable efficiency, stronger growth, and long-term business value,” said Kenan Homsi – Regional Vice President, FPT Middle East and Africa, FPT Corporation.

According to the partners, the growing demand for AI-powered business solutions continues to reshape enterprise transformation strategies across the region. Therefore, organizations increasingly require scalable technologies that support both operational performance and business growth.

“The opportunity is not in adding more technology. It is in making technology work in the market, around the customer, and against real business priorities. Nuummite and e-CENS understand how enterprises across the region buy, operate, and change, while FPT brings the depth and scale to deliver. Together, we can turn complex transformation agendas into practical programs that move faster, reduce risk, and produce measurable results,” said Bashar Hafez – Co-Founder and Managing Director, Nuummite and e-CENS.

FPT Strengthens Regional Presence Through New Partnership

Since opening its first Middle East office in 2020, FPT has significantly expanded its regional operations. The company has established strong momentum across multiple industries while continuing to invest in regional growth initiatives.

Recently, FPT secured a Regional Headquarters license for its operations in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. Notably, the company became the first Vietnam-based enterprise authorized to conduct regional operations within the Kingdom. Therefore, the latest collaboration represents another important step in FPT’s long-term MEA growth strategy.

Through this partnership, FPT plans to strengthen its channel model while supporting enterprise customers with global technology expertise, local execution capabilities, and market-focused partnership development. As digital transformation demand continues to rise, the collaboration positions all three companies to deliver scalable solutions across the Middle East and Africa.
