AV Access is set to launch its new eShare W90 4K wireless conferencing system at InfoComm Asia 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand. The event will take place from July 23–25 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Designed to streamline hybrid meetings, the wireless conferencing system simplifies AV connectivity for modern workspaces.
The eShare W90 offers an all-in-one interface built to enhance 4K video conferencing and reduce meeting room complexity. It combines multiple features into a single USB-C connection that supports 65W laptop charging, 4K video, audio, network access, and 5Gbps data transfer. This setup reduces cable clutter and enhances user convenience.
Visitors can explore the system in action at Booth F19, along with other new AV solutions from AV Access. The company will also exhibit products like the 4KVW24 2×4 4K video wall processor, the 4KIP200 HDMI over IP system, and its complete iDock KVM docking station lineup—designed for business, education, and home office environments.
The eShare W90 supports dual 4K displays via HDMI outputs, enabling flexible screen layouts for high-impact presentations. Its new quad-view feature allows up to four input sources to display on one screen, ideal for comparing data or multi-user sessions.
Wireless conferencing becomes seamless with the eShare D30 USB-C dongle included with the W90 system. Users simply plug in the dongle and press a button to wirelessly link to USB conferencing devices such as the BizEye P30 AI webcam, AnyCo A6 speakerphone, or AnyCo V8 video bar. The plug-and-play approach reduces setup time and eliminates the need for IT support.
The system also supports wireless screen casting through AirPlay, Miracast, and its proprietary dongle for universal device compatibility. Whether using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, users can present directly to dual 4K displays without worrying about connections.
For added network flexibility and security, the eShare W90 includes dual Gigabit Ethernet ports. This allows organizations to separate internal and guest networks—maintaining data protection while providing visitor access.
