Insyde Software Qualifies Firmware for Arm AGI CPU Platforms

Insyde Software has qualified its firmware for Arm AGI CPU reference platforms. The company announced the development during OCP APAC SUMMIT 2026. Insyde Software provides UEFI and OpenBMC firmware for AI infrastructure worldwide. Its InsydeH2O UEFI firmware now supports Arm AGI CPU reference platforms.

The qualification gives platform developers a production-ready firmware foundation. It also supports next-generation agentic AI data center deployments. In addition, Insyde has prepared its production-verified Supervyse OPF OpenBMC firmware. The firmware supports AI server racks based on Arm AGI CPU platforms.

This development strengthens firmware support across the Arm ecosystem. It also gives system builders access to proven infrastructure technologies. The collaboration helps ODMs, OEMs, system integrators, and CSPs accelerate platform bring-up. These organizations can use firmware already deployed across millions of devices.

Insyde has deployed its firmware across cloud, enterprise, and edge environments. Therefore, platform developers can build on established firmware capabilities.

Firmware Supports AI Infrastructure Deployment

Insyde supports the complete Arm AGI CPU reference board. Its implementation provides UEFI compliance, platform security, and manageability features. These capabilities address the requirements of high-density AI compute workloads. They also support the growing infrastructure needs of agentic AI applications.

Furthermore, Insyde has integrated its firmware with the Arm Fixed Virtual Platform. This integration gives customers early access for platform evaluations. As a result, developers can assess firmware and platform capabilities earlier. This approach can also help improve development timelines.
