ITC Infotech and Google Cloud Partner to Accelerate Enterprise Agentic AI Transformation

ITC Infotech and Google Cloud Join Hands to Scale Enterprise Agentic Transformation

ITC Infotech and Google Cloud have announced a strategic partnership to accelerate Enterprise Agentic AI Transformation and drive AI-driven innovation across global enterprises. The collaboration will see ITC Infotech deploy Gemini Enterprise across its organization. The program will speed up Enterprise Agentic AI Transformation, confirm enterprise-scale AI adoption, and establish proven frameworks for customers around the world.

Under the agreement, ITC Infotech will act as its own “customer zero” by deploying Google’s Gemini Enterprise as a first step to offering the platform to customers. As such, the company will bake Google’s agentic AI capabilities in house, test, refine and scale them. Enterprise Agentic AI Transformation enables ITC Infotech to build pragmatic experience and achieve tangible results through this approach.

Rather than just doing pilot programs, the organization is going to bake AI into the day-to-day business. This means customers will be able to leverage implementation strategies backed by real-world deployment experience and validated technical blueprints.

“As enterprises move from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption, they are looking for partners who have successfully navigated that journey themselves,” said Manas Chakraborty, Managing Director & CEO, ITC Infotech. “Our wall-to-wall deployment of Gemini Enterprise anchors our own agentic-first strategy, driving non-linear, AI-led progress for our business. It also ensures we build deep operational expertise, and proprietary IP to deliver next-generation, AI-driven outcomes for our customers worldwide.”

Gemini Enterprise Powers Internal AI Innovation

ITC Infotech will deploy Gemini Enterprise across the enterprise to support several critical business functions. First, the company will use its Antigravity platform to improve software engineering. The solution will accelerate software development, simplify legacy code migration, reduce code complexity and application modernization timelines.

Gemini Enterprise will also support autonomous workflows across the organization. ITC Infotech will create AI agents that can manage complex business processes, instead of isolated AI prompts. Also, multiple AI agents will collaborate across enterprise systems and data sources. This coordinated approach will automate sophisticated corporate tasks, and create proprietary intellectual property in a secure and sovereign AI environment.

The company will also roll out Gemini Enterprise to administrative, HR, finance, legal and internal IT functions. This will make repetitive and time consuming tasks more efficient. These enhancements include accelerated RFP creation, streamlined HR and IT service management, and enhanced financial invoice auditing.

Joint Centers of Excellence  Enterprise AI Adoption Expanding

Besides transforming themselves, the two organizations will also collaborate to boost AI adoption across the industries. As part of this, ITC Infotech and Google Cloud will set up joint Centres of Excellence in various cities. These innovation hubs will enhance Google Cloud AI capabilities and generate industry-specific AI blueprints powered by enterprise agent frameworks.

ITC Infotech is also looking to commercialize AI accelerators based on its internal deployment experience and domain expertise. The company will develop custom AI solutions for consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality and manufacturing companies. Such industry-centric solutions will enable enterprises to accelerate AI deployment with greater confidence.

“ITC Infotech’s deployment of Gemini Enterprise across its entire strong workforce represents an exceptional commitment to operational excellence,” said Sashi Sreedharan, Managing Director, Google Cloud India. “By standardizing its daily workflows on Google Cloud AI, ITC Infotech is gaining deep, practical experience with advanced automation at scale. Through our close collaboration, we are combining this firsthand insight with Google Cloud’s AI ecosystem to deliver market-ready solutions. Together, we are uniquely positioned to empower organizations worldwide to safely and effectively scale their own AI initiatives.”

The partnership highlights the growing enterprise demand for agentic AI solutions that move beyond experimentation into large-scale implementation. As organizations continue investing in AI-powered automation, ITC Infotech and Google Cloud aim to deliver practical, scalable, and industry-focused innovations that accelerate digital transformation and long-term business growth.
