NiCE officially announced the upcoming NiCE World 2026 event. The conference runs from June 8 to June 10 in Orlando, Florida. Attendees will gather at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort. This gathering highlights major advancements in the field of Agentic AI.
The firm will unveil new updates to its custom CX AI platform. More than 2,500 customer experience and technology leaders plan to attend. Executives from Citi, Hyatt, Fabletics, and Aetna will join the event. Leaders from BritishTelcom, Geico, Lowe’s, and Nationwide will also participate.
