Zero Networks, a recognized leader in zero trust security solutions, has appointed Tony Hadzima as Vice President of Sales for EMEA and LATAM. This strategic leadership move strengthens the company’s mission to boost international growth and meet rising global demand for microsegmentation and zero trust security.

Hadzima joins the company with nearly 30 years of experience in sales leadership and international business growth. He previously spent 15 years at Palo Alto Networks, becoming its first employee in Spain and 126th globally.
Throughout his tenure, he held major leadership roles, including Country Manager of Iberia and VP of South Europe, eventually leading EMEA & LATAM for OT/IoT Security. Under Hadzima’s leadership, teams consistently achieved strong performance, market share dominance, and key customer wins across EMEA.

In June 2025, Zero Networks secured $55 million in Series C funding to support rapid expansion.  The investment will enhance sales, R&D, marketing, and customer support teams worldwide. Moreover, it will fuel go-to-market initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and North America, while advancing product innovation in zero trust security.

“I’m excited to join Zero Networks and reshape a mature cybersecurity market,” said Hadzima. “Our platform solves major issues like ransomware prevention and microsegmentation quickly and efficiently, without operational complexity. I look forward to scaling our reach, empowering the team, and deepening partner relationships during this exciting growth phase.”

Scott Coffey, VP of Sales at Zero Networks, expressed confidence in Hadzima’s leadership.
“Tony is one of the most respected leaders in cybersecurity. His track record aligns with our vision and global commitment. His experience will accelerate our customer success in delivering world-class zero trust solutions.” Zero Networks continues to modernize microsegmentation using enterprise-ready tools that block ransomware, mitigate insider threats, and comply with regulatory frameworks. The company’s approach simplifies deployment and ensures businesses meet evolving cyber insurance and compliance demands.
